A Story About How It All Started
Hi, I am Alex Zozovsky.
Years ago, I was a smart programmer, but I needed to think more strategically about projects and business, make optimal choices, and manage myself better.
These led to failed deadlines, procrastination, anxiety, being overwhelmed, jumping from thing to thing, overthinking and struggling, and walking in circles, which prevented me from having the success and fulfillment I wanted with my entrepreneurial endeavors...
Then personal issues appeared, and I divorced...
Consuming more marketing/biz courses and books did not help much.
When I was at that bottom, I discovered no external solutions to my problems.
While coaches and therapists could be options, I were skeptical about all external help because when I faced them, most of those people did not understand my reality of being wired to be an entrepreneur.
So, I started doing my research, and I discovered journaling.
Initially, I was skeptical. But I tried...
So, more than 9 years ago, I asked myself a simple question:
What if I intentionally keep journaling and use the same techniques and exercises used by the greatest?
And what if this process could improve the quality of my life?
Before this realization, I was frustrated as I said because reading dozens of self-help books did not help much.
Still, my life was not as organized and going in my desired direction.
Journaling helped me question my maps of reality and think more clearly.
Then, over the years, I researched psychology and neuroscience and developed different journaling exercises/tools that helped me to feel better, accomplish my projects faster by procrastinating less, work with internal blocks, fears, and beliefs that hold me back that made me make faster, and more courageous decisions, adjust my trajectory to success, manage my emotions better.
As a result, I have become an optimal thinker (and continue developing - it is continuous process) and not being an obstacle to the success I want.
Now, I am sharing all those thinking tools with others so they can master their brains, too, and, as a result, be more successful and earn more, build their dream businesses, careers life and projects.
I experimented with different journal formats, techniques and exercises.
After some consistent journaling, making mistakes, and finding what worked and did not, I put myself on a path to becoming a better independent thinker.
I am sure you can agree with me that no one person can truly understand yourself better than you.
No other person can 100% understand all your deepest needs and desires and be there for you 24/7.
The problem is that most people don’t get access to their true inner wisdom.
They don’t tap into the full potential that they already possess.
They don’t unlock the treasure of knowledge of themselves.
Not only this knowledge can’t be simply read in a book, but the process of self-discovery and improvement is a lifelong process…

as a powerful tool and support in this process
It took me years to learn how to journal consistently and establish correct journaling habits.
I refer to a particular mindset and techniques for journaling that, if done correctly, will catapult your self-growth.
This journaling method helped me to improve different aspects of my life where I struggled and was overwhelmed…
Other people saw my transformations and asked me how I did that.
Being an introvert, I was uncomfortable about opening up and telling what I do…
But then something clicked with me, and I decided to help others on the same journey of self-mastery…
