How to staying healthy and fit for creators and entrepreneurs

Ever wondered what are the 4 pillars on which happiness rests?

Real happiness rests on a balance between the:

  • health 
  • career
  • personal relationships
  • and money

When your life is out of balance, happiness is not possible.

While money is not everything by any means, unlike common beliefs it is extremely important. 

Among other benefits, it can give you increased choices and result in personal freedom.

Good thing is that you can track the progress of all these 4 pillars in your journal.

You can reflect on how you can improve each of these spheres of your happiness, and what you can change or do more of.

All you need is to start from 5-10 minutes a day and ponder in your journal in a quiet place

 

Now, let’s look briefly at the first pilar without which everything else is not possible…

What is the number one asset of every creator and entrepreneur?

The answer is good physical and mental health .

To achieve radiant physical health:

  1. At a minimum, you must exercise every day for a few minutes 
  2. Sleep for 8 hours a day or until you feel fully rested 
  3. Your diet should be low in meat, heavy on fresh and organic fruits, grains, and vegetables, and 6-8 glasses of pure water daily.  

Equally important is the positive mental food you feed yourself: journaling and reading good books can help with it.
