What to journal about for productivity as a creator or entrepreneur?

Journaling can help you to focus on what is essential and drop fluff.

And here is how you do it in 4 steps…

Set a timer for 10 minutes on your phone.

Now, ask yourself these questions one by one:

And write the answers in your journal.

How can I structure my day so that its most important tasks will be implemented in the first order in the morning? 

How can I be more consistent in my daily performance? What I'm not doing, or what I'm not seeing?

What skills I'm currently not developing that if developed, can increase my performance and productivity?

Be brutally honest with yourself when writing answers and ideas.

And after you write, analyze your answers and start acting based on your insights.

Then you can ask yourself the following 3 Self Love Journal Prompts.

You can ask me how self-love can positively influence productivity.

 

It is simple…

Journaling writing can help you to respect and love yourself stronger.

And this will result in your productivity boost and how you serve others.

Ask yourself these questions, and write the answers in your journal.

How did the darkest moments in my journey shape me into who I am today? Lessons I can learn for my current and future self?

How can I take better care of myself? Do I prioritize myself first?

If I could talk to myself in the past when I got started, the one thing I would say is? What can I learn from this for my current self?

Be brutally honest with yourself when writing answers.

And after you write, ponder on new insights.

All this will help to love and respect yourself even more and be more productive as result …
