How gratitude journaling positively influences success

Expressing gratitude in a journal can positively impact our brains.

As creators and entrepreneurs, we rely on dopamine to get things done.

Scientists have discovered that gratitude can cause synchronized activation in multiple brain regions.

This can lead to an increase in the neurotransmitter serotonin, which can in turn activate the brain stem to produce more dopamine.

This boost in dopamine levels can increase productivity and help us achieve the positive results we crave.

The great news is that experiencing these positive effects only requires a small time investment.

By taking a few moments each day to journal and list 3 things we are grateful for, we can boost our mood, increase dopamine levels, and achieve positive results in our work.
