How to stop judging yourself to be successfull

Look, it is a realy bad idea to judge yourself  when you try something new…

At least it can demotivate you and lower your productivity and growth…

And at it peak this negative behavior patern will make you quit…

What you need to keep in mind is that…

Every new habit requires repetition and practice…

But many people start to judge themselves for not

being great at something when they start.

Practice is essential for mastery.

Everything worth doing first is worth doing badly in the beginning…

You don’t need to be perfect when starting…

And after you do enough reps, it is easier for the brain to do things on autopilot.

It works because the brain creates the necessary neural connections to do this kind of work.

And the best way is to track your progress in a journal when establishing a habit…

Jornaling can help you to stay calm to be successful on your journey …

Remember that effective execution is a mental state…

The most successful people are calm in times of adversity…

And when a person is in a state of stress,

his creativity and quality of decisions decrease.

This can lead to mistakes and failures.

There are a lot of other things you can do to keep calm, such as:

Good sleep, breathwork, cold showers, journaling.

Here is how to use journaling to reduce stress.

Take 5-10 minutes and dump all your worries, emotions, and thoughts on paper.

When doing, don’t worry about grammar or handwriting…

Simply write…

Now your judgments and negative thoughts are not in your head but before your eyes on paper…

Make piece with them…

Get patient and continue your path towards success…

Let me know how it goes in a comments…
