3 tips on how to start journaling (and make it a habit) for creators and entrepreneurs

Starting journaling can be challenging. That's why a lot of people don’t do it or stop.

Here are 3 tips to help you: 

 Write for your own eyes only.

Your task is to leave your inner critic behind the door and express yourself freely and without judgment. 

 5-10 minutes of journaling is enough.

There is a myth that you need to write a few pages in one sitting to call it “journaling.” Writing just a few sentences in the beginning, is enough.

 Create a writing routine that suits your schedule 

Timeblock a few journaling minutes for yourself at the time of the day that suits you best.

It can be in the morning after breakfast or in the evening before falling asleep.
