5 simple steps to start journaling for self-reflection as creators and entrepreneurs

Some of my readers asked me how to use journaling for self-reflection.

Reflecting in a journal can sound complicated.

But in reality, it is more easy than it sounds, and you can do it in 5 simple steps.

Here they are:

Step 1: Record what happened: describe a situation, event, relations, etc.

Step 2: Write what you felt about this, your thoughts and reactions

Step 3: Ask yourself “why” it happened a few times and write in a journal about it

Step 4: Write a takeaway and learn from your reflection

Step 5: Plan your action: what will you do differently armed with lessons learned?
