So, if you are interested, here are the details of how it works:

  • You simply go through your life as usual but with one difference: every day, you write down 3 things in your journal that you are grateful for or what wins you had during the day.
  • Especially my advice to challenge yourself to do something that you have been procrastinating for so long… and get public support. This can be simple: eat a healthy dinner, meet an old friend, feed a dog on the street, or simply come to work on time, or simply that you had a good laugh that day! You have this wins if you pay attention. Or it can be something more advanced like: starting new project, launched something, grew your business or started a new hobby…
  • The logic of this writing is simple: when we pay attention to something good - the more good we start to see in our lives, the more wins we write every day, the more our brain gets used to winning every day. It simply starts to see the opportunity to win in more situations…
  • First entries can take few moments to make.… but then it will be easier and easier. Simply do it for 7 days in a row with us, and you will start establishing the habit, and your outlook on life will grow…
  • In the morning or the evening, or whenever you want, write down those 3 things (you can write more than 3)
  • Don’t think about calligraphy, how it looks… or what journal you use. It is not essential.
  • Then take your phone, open this group, and make a post: with the text “My X day of gratitude and wins,” and make a photo of your records for that day - all in one post.
  • All this will not take more than 5-10 minutes a day to do … 
  • Once you post for 7 days in a row, you will get a certificate of completion publicly posted in a group (with your name) as well I will give you a coupon for 30% off on any of my products ...
  • I will not manage what and when you to post. The rules are simple. You play with yourself and stay accountable to yourself. I only approve your posts in a group…
