Here is how to staying healthy and fit for creators and entrepreneurs

Do you know what the number one asset of every creator and entrepreneur is?

The answer is good physical and mental health.

To achieve radiant physical health:

  1. At a minimum, you must exercise every day for a few minutes 
  2. Sleep for 8 hours a day or until you feel fully rested 
  3. Your diet should be low in meat, heavy on fresh and organic fruits, grains, and vegetables, and 6-8 glasses of pure water daily.  

Equally important is the positive mental food you feed yourself: journaling and reading good books can help.
