Secret Of How To Use Journaling To Tap Into Your Subconscious Mind

Have you ever thought about some life problem or wanted to find the answer to your question but couldn't?

I did…

Or do you want to come up with some ideas?

So I will share some secrets on using a journal to work with your subconscious…

But before that, I need to ask you a small thing.

Don’t tell anyone before you try it yourself…

First, check it secretly on yourself and only then share it with others.

Deal?

Oh yes! … I knew that we could be friends and keep each others word :)

So here it goes…

1… 2… 3….

Thomas Edison famously said: “Never go to sleep without a request to your subconscious.”

At night our subconscious minds continue to work.

The subconscious mind is mighty and responsible for most of the processes in our buddies, from digestion to blood circulation.

While our conscious mind is limited, our subconscious is much more powerful.

Successful people from various fields use their subconscious to find solutions to problems, make decisions and get ideas…

And a journal is a handy tool for this.

Try these small exercises regularly.

Plan what you will journal about today before going to sleep.

Here are some ideas about what you can do in your journal during this time:

Reread the goals you set for your future or tasks for the next day.
Visualize the next day or dreams you are going to. You can write your visualization in your journal as a plan or ideas.
You can also write affirmations, like: “I can do it,” “I can achieve my dream,” “Obstacles are only opportunities for me,” and so on. In this way, you will give valuable suggestions to your subconscious mind for success during your sleep. This will strongly influence your progress toward goals.
You can make requests and ask questions to your subconscious mind to help give answers you can’t find.
To do it, consider your request profoundly and write down your question.

Think about your question deeply.

After that, forget about it and relax.

Next, go to sleep.

Let your subconscious search for answers while you sleep.

Don’t be surprised that you can wake up in the middle of the night or the morning with some idea or dream that is the solution to your question.

Write it down so you remember…

So first try yourself, then share with others, ok?

Let me know how it works for you …
