A New Method That Will Improve Your Emotional Wellbeing

Over the last 15+ years, I have been experimenting with personal development methods that could improve my life…

 

… I tried yoga, meditations, energy healing, and mantras, consulted with psychologists and personal development coaches, did pranayama, read books, did numerous spiritual and religious practices, took pills and supplements, did dance and singing healing …

 

I can continue this list, but to save time, I will say that whatever personal development method you name, I either tried it or learned about it…

 

I am not saying that all these methods above are ineffective…

… some are effective, some not, some so-so…
