Why Does Journaling Useful for Creators and Enterpreunures?

What’s the secret to the humble notepad and a pen?

Journaling works on two levels: on the emotional and the thinking.

First,

It helps to express our emotions rather than suppress them.

And suppressing emotions can be harmful to both the mind and body.

And when you put words on paper, you put your feelings on paper instead of holding them inside.

Second.

We get used to processing things using language.

When you write things on paper, you put your beliefs, desires, and experiences in language.

And this helps to understand them better, which leads to growth and change.

We can write emotions and put our feelings and thoughts on paper in a black-and-white format and feel more piece of mind.
