What to journal about in the morning?

Here are what successful thinkers do in the morning.

Try this yourself and let me know.

Instead of grabbing your phone the first thing in the morning…

… take a journal and a pen and start writing everything that comes into your mind.

About your plans for the day, about your challenges and fears.

Write about all the good things you have in your life.

Write positive expectations you have from the day.

Don’t hold your thoughts.

Let your consciousness express itself fully.

By doing so, it is no surprise that you can stumble upon some insight and creative ideas or get a new perspective on how to solve problems.

It is all-important because how you start your day influences how it will go.

Some things that can help are taking cold showers, meditation, and prayer.

And here are 3 topics and prompts to write in the morning in your journal to stay at your peak performance.

  • What is the biggest challenge I want to overcome today that will take me to the next level?
  • What do I want to skip doing today? So I will stay doing that and be productive.  How can I do it no matter what?
  • How can I make my day better than yesterday?
